Andy Lock

Andy Lock has been Chief Executive of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust since August 2024. Andy had previously been Deputy Chief Executive of the Coalfields Regeneration Trust since 2021 in addition to his role as Head of Operations – England, responsible for overseeing the work of the CRT in England. Andy joined the CRT in 2000, initially working at a regional level before developing a range of programmes for the CRT to support people living in coalfield communities with their health, skills and employment needs.

Andy has previously worked in grant making for the National Lottery Charities Board and in a freelance capacity for BBC Children in Need and the Home Office before joining the Coalfields Regeneration Trust.

Pauline Grandison

Pauline Grandison has been Head of Operations – Scotland for the Coalfields Regeneration Trust since July 2022.

Pauline is responsible for the delivery and management of the CRT’s activity in Scotland.

Pauline has previously worked in various roles in the CRT’s Scotland office since 2007.

Kevin Larkin

Kevin Larkin has been Head of Policy & Communications for the Coalfields Regeneration Trust since January 2022.

Kevin is responsible for the CRT’s political lobbying and communications activity.

Kevin had previously worked as a broadcast journalist since 2010, specialising in political reporting and developing a wide network of contacts in national, regional and local government.

Michelle Rowson-Woods

Michelle Rowson-Woods has been Head of Operations – Wales for the Coalfields Regeneration Trust since November 2021.

Michelle is responsible for the delivery and management of the CRT’s activity in Wales.

Michelle has previously worked in various roles in the CRT’s Wales office since 2008.
